Barbara Prasse-Anderson grew up in Virginia in the suburbs outside of Washington, D.C. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2000, she received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from George Mason University School of Law, a first-tier law school. She began her legal career in the litigation practice section of a preeminent Washington, D.C. law firm where she practiced in state courts, federal courts, and before administrative tribunals. She moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 2003 where she has been proudly serving clients for twenty years.
In addition to practicing law, Barbara Prasse-Anderson, Esq. is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Court mediator. Having served as litigation counsel for both Plaintiffs and Defendants and with her wide-range of civil practice experience, she is able to assist, in a neutral capacity, with identifying issues, fostering joint problem solving and exploring settlement alternatives. She is dedicated to providing parties with the opportunity to find a resolution to their dispute.
